restful stay with amazing staff
friendly staff clear explanation great request
the staff were friendly and gave clear explanations about bus lines and local activities. they readily fulfilled requests, which i appreciated. the team held my bags when i wanted to visit the beach and printed some documents for me. this.
the long staircase was a bit challenging with big luggage, which wasn't ideal. it definitely required some extra effort to navigate up and down with bags.

The hotel has a seaside trail just a few minutes away, great for evening walks. there is a peaceful bay close by, nice for relaxation away from tourist crowds. breakfast is available on the outdoor terrace. The choices are varied.

the breakfast had various options. it included home baked bread, super tasty!!! sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and watching the ocean was a nice treat. there were plenty of great restaurants nearby.

the location was ideal with many restaurants nearby. a beautiful beach was just down the stairs. the staff were friendly and cute.
the bed was quite uncomfortable. i could hear everything happening outside my room because the soundproofing was poor. there was a terrible sewage smell in my bathroom.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views
good air conditioning beach proximity tasty breakfast
The room had really good air conditioning. I appreciated the proximity to the beach. It made swimming convenient. Breakfast included many tasty options, and I enjoyed eating on the balcony while watching the ocean.
The ensuite bathroom had a noticeable bad smell of drains. I found this detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience, and I hope it can be addressed.

modern room balcony view attentive staff
i had a modern room with a balcony. it offered fantastic views. the staff were attentive. they were very helpful throughout my stay.
the lack of coffee making facilities was disappointing. i expected a kettle and instant coffee, especially given the price. this amenity is pretty standard nowadays.

I found the location excellent , with many restaurants only a short walk away. The staff were helpful , always ready with advice. I really appreciated the air conditioning in my room , it worked perfectly.
The sink in my bathroom drained very slowly , it was quite inconvenient.

excellent stay with minor inconvenience
friendly staff varied breakfast working air conditioning convenient beach
the staff was friendly and always available. the breakfast buffet was varied with multiple options. the air conditioning in my room worked very well during the hot days. i found convenient beach access near the hotel entrance.
the small bathroom made it difficult to manage toiletries and wet towels.
